Flight Wine + Chocolate offers a chance to explore the best of Washington’s vineyards — all without leaving Seattle. With wine and house-made chocolate served in — you guessed it — flights (pro tip: all wines are available by the glass too!), it’s easy to be transported by taste alone.
Flight’s comfortable space is a hub for novices and frequent flyers alike. And if you’d like a guide through your sensory travel, just ask one of our friendly flight crew; we’re thrilled to help you earn your wine-tasting wings. All of our offerings are available for purchase, so take home your favorites to enjoy in the privacy of your own cabin. Whether you’re a seasoned hedonist or a fledgling connoisseur, welcome aboard.

The Wine
We offer two (or more) different flights of small pours, carefully curated to provide a window into the Washington wine making culture.
Prefer a glass of wine? All of our wines are available by the glass.
Love a wine you tried? Take a bottle home with you!
The Chocolate
Flight chocolate is dark chocolate. The lower sugar profile fits our taste better, and is more likely to play nicely with wine. You’ll occasionally find some white chocolate in our filled chocolates, but even those will be in a dark chocolate shell. Generally, we use chocolate that is 65-70% cocoa solids, fair trade and ethically produced, and straight up delicious. We always strive for creamy, smooth, and well balanced.
Flight chocolates are always gluten and nut free!
Handmade in-house, with the utmost care for every ingredient, our dark chocolate will transport you to your happy place. No boarding pass required.
