Chocolate Cream
70% Dark chocolate shell with a rich, creamy, 65% dark chocolate ganache center. For the chocolate purists! The designs may vary on the top, but the flavor will always be pure and simple.
Drunken Cherry
This special heart is filled with a dark cherry ganache. We capture the cherry flavor in the 65% dark chocolate ganache from delicious bourbon cocktail cherries steeped in coconut cream and sweet/tart cherry liqueur. This is a truly magnificent bon bon!
Triple Threat
Bottom layer: Dark chocolate ganache, made coconut cream, honey, and a touch of butter. Middle layer: Creamy sunflower seed butter and homemade pine nut brittle provide a nutty flavor without any nuts. Top layer: Vanilla white chocolate ganache, made with fresh vanilla beans, coconut cream, and smooth white chocolate. The three layers of deliciousness are hand dipped in 70% dark chocolate.
Milk Tea
Spiced black tea and caramelized milk chocolate from Ecuador are seamlessly integrated in this creamy bon bon. Notes of fresh vanilla, chai spices and caramel are front and center. The shell is Flight’s signature 70% dark chocolate.

Fig + Wine
The deep flavors of fig and red wine take center stage in this delicious bon bon. The dark chocolate ganache inside the 70% shell is made with vanilla coconut cream, fig jam, a red wine reduction, Kiawe honey from Maui, fresh Madagascan vanilla, and a little Irish butter.
Gingerbread
NEW! This two layer hand dipped chocolate brings back memories of the holiday classic. A bottom layer of homemade, gluten free gingerbread is topped with a ginger infused caramel that has been blended with dark chocolate. Each piece is dipped in Flight’s 70% dark chocolate and hand decorated with cocoa butter.
Peppermint Mocha
This beautiful seasonal bon bon has two layers of cheer. A white chocolate ganache, with coconut cream, peppermint, and a touch of Irish butter, sits on top of a dark chocolate, coconut cream based mocha ganache, featuring espresso beans from a local roastery.

We take crispy rice cereal, toss it with olive oil, salt, and pepper, toast it to a golden brown. then blend it with toasted pumpkin seeds in our Flight 70% dark chocolate. Think delicious chocolate bar cut into strips for easy snacking.

The filled and hand dipped chocolates are best consumed within 30 days.
The bars and bark are good for at least one year.
The “Best By” date is on the back of the packaging.
