Private Events — Flight Wine + Chocolate

Flight Wine + Chocolate Private Events

Great for groups of approximately 20 - 50 people. $500 for Wine Club Members, $700 for Non-Members, plus 18% gratuity and sales tax (applied to all items including wine, chocolate, and cheese/charcuterie). Cleaning fee is $100. Minimum purchase of one case of wine per 25 persons is required. Flight chocolates and cheese and charcuterie boards can be provided for an additional charge.

Included: Use of the space for 3 non-business hours (Flight is closed to the public) and 2 staff to serve wine. Also included is Flight’s furniture, stemware, two bathrooms, and kitchen.
There is a charge of $200 for each additional hour.
A $500 per hour surcharge for events on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be applied for all hours Flight must close for the event. This will include one hour to prepare the space prior to the event start time.
All events must end by 10pm.
A fifteen minute grace period is allowed at the end of the event. The event organizer is charged $200 if guests remain at Flight beyond the 15 minute grace period.

Groups over 25 (approximately 50 people max.) will require an additional staff person at $25.00 per hour.
Deposit of 50% required, and non-refundable if canceled less than 30 days prior to the event.
Outside food and beverages are allowed only with the approval of Flight Wine + Chocolate’s owners. Catering setup, restocking, dinnerware and utensils are the responsibility of the caterer and/or the person renting the space.
Any damage to Flight Wine + Chocolate, including but not limited to walls, furniture, appliances, and bathrooms are the responsibility of the person renting the space.

$40 per person, plus 18% gratuity, for approximately 6 - 18 people.
Included: 2 hour tasting experience (non-business hours) of 5 current vintage wines, cheese and charcuterie, and a dedicated wine educator.
Payment required prior to the event, and is non-refundable if canceled with less than 30 days’ notice.
Not looking for a private after hours tasting? Reservations for up to 10 people during normal business hours are welcome. Please call or email for availability. Deposit is required.
