Flight Wine + Chocolate Shipping and Returns
Flight will ship wine via FedEx, non-alcoholic items via FedEx or USPS. The shipping charge shown in the shopping cart is not final. Once we have reviewed and processed the order you will receive an emailed receipt, which includes the final shipping charges. The shopping cart will default to FedEx Ground, but we will ship non-alcoholic merchandise via USPS if it is less expensive.
Flight currently ships wine within the State of Washington only. Merchandise (shirts, hoodies, baseball caps, glasses, gift cards, etc.) can be shipped to all states. Flight chocolate is available in-store only.
We do our best to make sure wine shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. For that reason, if the weather is too hot or too cold, we may delay your wine shipment until conditions are more favorable. You will be notified if this happens.
Proof of age — we can deliver wine only to people aged 21 and over, so our drivers will require valid ID.
If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund.
Wine shipments cannot be returned. Merchandise shipments can be returned within 30 days of the item’s ship date. Contact us at info@flightwineandchocolate.com for more information.
